Deed Restrication Violations

All reports of deed restriction violations must be submitted in writing to the Bloomfield Hills Board.  You can mail the completed deed violation form to:

Deed Restriction Violation - Status Report

You can submit deed restrictions violations via the "Contact Us" page or via email.  To submit violations electronically you must follow the guidelines below:

1) Place "Deed Violation" in the "subject line or in the comments section
2) Indicate the address and/or lot number of the residence in violation
3) Describe the violation
4) Describe what you have done to try and rectify/notify the violator of the violation
5) The date(s) of the violation
6) Your full name
7) Your address
8) A telephone number where you can be reached
